Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Live Sports IPTV collects, why it is used, which service providers may process it and the choices available to you.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Live Sports IPTV operates the website livesportsiptv.com. This Privacy Policy applies when you browse the website, request a free trial, contact support, join the mailing list, purchase a package or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information you provide

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

  • Your name and email address.
  • Your selected device or general setup information.
  • Messages, questions and troubleshooting information sent through support or contact forms.
  • Marketing preferences and the date or method of consent.
  • Package, connection count, order reference, payment status and transaction identifiers.
  • Any other information you choose to include in a message.

Please do not send passwords, full card details, private wallet keys or other unnecessary sensitive information through our forms.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and security systems may record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, requested pages, date and time, and basic diagnostic or security logs.

The website may use local browser storage for essential preferences such as the selected number of connections, navigation state, carousel controls and whether a mailing-list popup has been dismissed. This information normally remains in your browser unless you clear it.

3. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • Respond to trial requests, contact messages and support enquiries.
  • Send the requested confirmation, setup or account information.
  • Process and verify orders, payments and account activation.
  • Provide technical support and investigate misuse, fraud or security issues.
  • Maintain transaction, support and compliance records.
  • Improve website performance, service reliability and customer support.
  • Send optional marketing messages when you have actively chosen to receive them.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights or the rights of others.

4. Legal reasons for processing

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we generally rely on:

  • Contract or steps before a contract: to provide a trial, process a purchase, activate access and provide support.
  • Consent: for optional marketing communications and any non-essential cookies or tracking that may be introduced.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure the website, prevent abuse, maintain service records and improve support, provided those interests do not override your rights.
  • Legal obligations: where records or disclosures are required by law.

5. Forms and email

Trial and contact forms may be processed and stored through Netlify. Google Workspace/Gmail may be used to send confirmation and support emails, and Zoho Campaigns may manage optional mailing-list subscriptions, unsubscribe requests and do-not-contact records.

Submitting a service or support form does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Marketing consent is optional and should remain unticked unless you choose it.

6. Payments

Cryptocurrency checkout may be processed by Plisio. A card-payment provider may process card transactions when card checkout is enabled. Payment providers receive the information needed to create, verify and complete the transaction under their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

Live Sports IPTV does not intend to collect or store full payment-card numbers, card security codes or cryptocurrency private keys. We may receive limited payment information such as an order reference, invoice status, amount, currency, transaction identifier and confirmation status.

7. Service providers and sharing

We may share information only where reasonably necessary with providers that help us operate the website and service, including:

  • Netlify for website hosting, functions, security and form processing.
  • Zoho Campaigns for optional marketing-list management, unsubscribe requests and suppression records.
  • Plisio for supported cryptocurrency invoices and payment confirmation.
  • Any future card-payment provider used to process card transactions.
  • Professional advisers, fraud-prevention services or public authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share contact details with unrelated advertisers for their own marketing.

8. International processing

Some service providers may process information in countries outside your own. Where applicable law requires it, we rely on provider safeguards, contractual protections or other approved transfer mechanisms. You should also review each provider's privacy policy for information about its processing locations and safeguards.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

  • Trial, contact and support records for the time needed to respond, provide support and maintain a reasonable history of the relationship.
  • Order and payment records for the time required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
  • Marketing information until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent; a minimal suppression record may be retained to ensure you are not added again accidentally.
  • Technical and security logs for a limited period appropriate to diagnosing faults, preventing abuse and protecting the website.

Information may be kept longer where required by law, needed to resolve a dispute or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

10. Marketing choices

Marketing emails are optional. You can unsubscribe using the link included in a marketing email or contact us through the website. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect service, order, confirmation or support messages that are necessary to manage your request or account.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

The current website is designed to use only essential technical functions and local preferences. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking tools are introduced, the privacy notice and consent controls will be updated where required before those tools are activated.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict processing, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or receive certain information in a portable format.

These rights are not absolute. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where there is a legal obligation, a valid dispute, a fraud-prevention need or another lawful reason. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection or privacy authority in your country.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or misuse. However, no website, email system, payment network or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

14. Children's privacy

The website and paid service are not directed at children who cannot legally enter into a contract. A parent or legal guardian should submit and manage any request made for a minor where permitted by law.

15. Third-party links and apps

The website may link to app stores, IPTV players, device-support pages, payment providers or other external websites. Those third parties control their own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing personal information directly to them.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website, service providers, forms, payment methods or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here with the revised update date.

17. Contact

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction or deletion of information, use the Contact page and clearly state that your message is a privacy request.

This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
